ABA-T / QASP-S Supervision

Per QABA guidelines, if you are ABAT or QASP-S, you need ongoing supervision. ABA.by FATIMA can provide ongoing supervision.

ABA-T Supervision Activities

  • Professional communication and skills to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Receiving supervision and feedback
  • Data collection
  • Attending planning meetings regarding the behavior analytic program for their clients
  • Implementing behavior intervention plan designed by a supervisor
  • Providing behavioral health services under supervision
  • Observing, shadowing, role play
  • Delivering client performance feedback to supervisors
  • 1:1 Direct care services

QASP-S Supervision Activities

  • Performing assessments such as functional assessment, preference assessment, staff performance assessment; or assessments used for evaluating behavior intervention
  • Implementing and systematically monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs through data collection
  • Creating behavior plans, clinic notes, progress summaries, etc.
  • Attending planning meetings regarding the behavior analytic program and talking to individuals about the program
  • Collecting data for the assessments related to the need for behavior intervention
  • Training others, designing behavior plans, performance management
  • Overseeing the implementation of behavior analytic programs
  • Communication and cooperation skills with stakeholders and other professionals
